I win.

I just found a pic on FB of a guy that I am obsessed with.
And now I'm over him. I win.

As much as I love Tik Tok...

Having a designer's block...

Help?

Major Stalkage...

So I did some major stalkage and just snooped around past CityTerm go-ers to see what they thought of the experience and whatnot. I found this guy's blog and its pretty darn awesome. My favorite post is his very first one and here's a quote from it:
She also told me that I’m a “stable name” here, by which she meant I’m a household name for students here. Apparently she’s been out with people a couple times and they’ll see/hear/whatever something, and people says things like, “Oh that’s so Ben Fainlight,” even people I don’t know. It’s very strange, humbling and ego-stroking at the same time… if that’s possible.

I want to be like that. I want to make an impact like that on a school I don't even go to.

His blog is more like rated-R instead of PG-13, you know what I mean...

Can't sleep...

Having too much fun editing photos..

The shades collage is kinda like Hollister's new motto: SoHo meets SoCal. The shades being the SoHo and the shirt being the SoCal.

While taking these pics, I realized how much of a part my hair plays into it and it'll be sad when I get it all chopped off to donate for Locks of Love. :/ January 6th, 2010.

Like I said, having too much fun...

Times Square...

So I traveled through the eastern side of the US. Didn't really like anywhere but NY (of course). Didn't get any pics either. I'm back home and glad to be back. Did very little shopping. Went to Dobbs Ferry to visit The Master's School. Its in the middle of nowhere so we'll see how I'll survive. :/ But for now I'll cherish what I have.
Have to go clean before I let myself go shopping.

I waited for Black Friday all year...

And I only spend $10...

Hey,
So yea. I set myself with a limit, was afraid I was going to go over it, and only spent $10. That's kinda crazy. I was ready to spend and it turns out that I didn't really want anything. I went to South Bay Center, the South Shore Plaza, some furniture stores, and Walmart.

I bought a new vest from the kids section of Old Navy for $10.

Pic coming soon...

I LOVE this vest. Its puffy but not polar bear puffy. I didn't really like the other colors. I was going to buy this sweater for $15 each but I didn't know what color to get so I didn't.

Perfumania
had a sale where you buy one perfume and get the second one for $10 which is pretty schweet but of course Marc Jacobs wasn't part of that sale...I almost bought Juicy Couture because I love that smell but I'm DETERMINED to get Marc Jacobs.

Well now I have homework to do. And I'm craving some pumpkin pie so I'll probably take a go at that. Go shopping!!! :) Don't forget Cyber Monday (I just don't like buying stuff online).

The Best and Most AFFORDABLE jeans ever.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

So yesterday I went shopping (and of course I'm going tomorrow) and I got some stuff.
I have always love Old Navy but they're selling so many basics that its getting boring...BUT of course you can't go wrong with basic jeans. Not many people can share my luck but I can fit into kids' sizes still and so I got 2 pairs of jeans for $10 each from Old Navy! I have always trusted their quality and their prices are so awesome! They have such a huge variety of sizes and washes that you might have a hard time choosing what you want. :)

Pics coming soon...

I spent such a long time in Downtown Crossing with friends and waiting for my parents to pick me up so I found lots of stuff for my Christmas list...

$42(?) at Macys (Also in silver. Also in necklaces in both gold and silver.)

$70(?) at TJ Maxx with a body lotion/wash/something...

I hope everyone is having a wonderful Thanksgiving. This is my first year celebrating it. I was invited to join someone else's Thanksgiving since my family doesn't celebrate it but I ALWAYS watch the parades. :)
Happy Turkey Day.

SERIOUSLY?!

So I bought the following BCBG bag from Gilt Groupe thinking that I had a deal since I paid $169 (original price $397) with free shipping...

A couple of days later (today), it was on sale at Rue La La for $149!! And the shipping would just be $10 so I could've saved $10 if I had just waited a couple of more days...GAHH!!
Either way I saved about $200 but I could've saved an extra $10. Bummer.

Want to be like Blair?

vs.

I just saw this dress on Gilt (because I'm obsessed with Marc Jacobs) and I remembered Blair was wearing it on an episode. The dress is sold out now but if you're interested, you can be put on the waitlist.

Late night post. Not having a good night.
XoXo,
Jenni

P.S. On Gilt tomorrow, there's going to be a sale for Nanette Lepore (home of Gossip Girl fashion)...and I just realized that the perfume I really liked at the store from the summer was Nanette Lepore...Geez. I really do have expensive taste.

ATTENTION: Chuck Bass Lovers.

I was looking through BlueFly and when I saw this, I definitely CHUCKled. As much I love him, I probably would never buy jewelry with my love's name on it (Been there, done that. What a waste of $50).

Check out the website. Its one of my favorite websites to shop at.

A Hepburn Halloween.

Hey,
So today was Halloween at school and I had the great honor of dressing up as the ever-so-famous Audrey Hepburn! It was so much fun getting dressed up despite the fact that I had SUCH a hard time getting my hair done. The outfit itself was pretty simple. You will need:
-ldb (little black dress)
-long black gloves
-pearls (white party necklaces)
-diamond stud earrings
-big oval sunglasses
-small tiara (I used a small silver hair clip instead)
-loads of bobbi pins
TA-DA!!

Vote for me at Chictopia! :)
Have a fun but safe Halloween!

Kelly & Life.

Hello,
So I went to the Kelly Clarkson concert on Tuesday at the Agganis Arena. It was AWESOME. The first two opening acts were alright (Parachute and Eric Hutchinson) but Kelly was amazing. She played a couple of songs from her newest album but then played a bunch of Kally "classics" such as Since You Been Gone, Breakaway, Miss Independent, Behind These Hazel Eyes, etc. The energy was so much fun and it was a great way to just relax and have a good time. Since this was my first concert, I might be going to more now that I know that I love them. :)

School's been a little crazy now that its getting to the end of the quarter. :( I've had a bunch of tests and papers already but we'll see how it all goes. Just took the PSATs yesterday. Ugh. I'm so tired of stressing over school. Maybe another concert soon is necessary. :D

So I don't know if you know that I'm OBSESSED with Gossip Girl fashion (urban preppy. that such an oxymoron but its not anymore). And so I found these two sites (from the same person) that are amazing:
Elite Gossip Girl Style
Midwestern Cliche
Check them out.

Anyways, I'm tired. I have to write a paper and then I'm out.
xoxo,
Gossi- I mean Jenni. :)

Rawr.

Happy Columbus Day Weekend!
So I was just fooling around with watercolors at my school's art studio and look what I made!Jenni: I'm a 5 year old boy on the inside.
Lizzie: HAHA! Do dinosaurs even say "Rawr."?
Jenni: Probably not... :D
I'll put serious art up at some point.

Also, 4 more days until Kelly Clarkson's concert at the Agganis Arena!!!
Also, use hand sanitizer. Swine flu = bad.
Also, I'm going to try to post at least every day despite my busy schedule. :)
Have a great day everyone.

Here we go...

Yo!
So I'm taking an "unofficial" independent class on drawing sketches for fashion designs and learning how to sew. So one of my first assignments was to buy some items for a skirt and to buy a sketch book so I could start sketching.

On my way home from the movies I came across, Blick, the art store in Fenway and it was so affordable. So many things in the store was at least 50% off which is awesome for a student like me. I also got a free membership because I'm a student so what more could you ask for!

So for my skirt my teacher told me to buy 2 yrds of Cotton/Linen fabric, 7"-9" zipper to match, and thread to match. I went with a dark Navy blue fabric since they didn't have any black and I went with a dark Navy zipper that was a shade lighter than the fabric so I think I'm just going to use a black zipper and black thread instead. We'll see how it goes.

Btws, the fabric store I went to is called Sew-Fisticated Discount Fabric at 735 Morrissey Blvd in Dorchester, MA. The fabric I bought was only $1.99 per yrd which is awesome and the zipper was 39 cents! What a bargain.
Peace out,
Jenni <3

One.

Yo!
So I finally got around to making a blog AND a Twitter. I will post just about anything on here...upcoming events in the Boston area that are cool and affordable/free, updates on life, some photography, some other art work, great music...etc. I'll probably edit this to make this post more exciting but for now, it shall remain boring. :P
Peace out,
Jenni <3
